Robin Berlinsky M.Ed., holds a M.Ed. from The Citadel and is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston School of Education Health and Human Performance. She is a leader in the local education community as well as a presenter at national conferences. Before joining ECM, Ms. Berlinsky was the Director of Education for the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry where she designed standards-based curriculum for the exhibits. She has taught 1st and 5th grades in New York and South Carolina, and is a member of The Riley Institute’s 2017 Midlands Diversity Leaders Initiative, the 2017 National Advisory Committee for the National Association of Elementary School Principals and a member of the Palmetto State Arts Education board. In addition, she serves on numerous school improvement councils throughout the tri-county.
Robin specializes in changing the “status quo.” She believes that successful schools encourage curiosity and that learning, behavior and attendance are directly related to school culture.
