Apply To Be An ECM Partner

Are you interested in joining our roster of highly motivated and passionate ECM Partners?

Applications are accepted from STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) professionals living in the Lowcountry of South Carolina on an ongoing basis throughout the year.  As needed, members of our selection committee will gather to interview new applicants.  As part of the interview, applicants will be asked to explain and/or demonstrate how they would integrate their art form or program into the curriculum and keep students engaged.  Applicants will be notified of acceptance status within two weeks following the interview. Want to find out more about what it means to be an ECM Partner? Join us for an ECM Informational Meeting!  Contact our Education Coordinator, Kari Maastricht at

Although we ask you to submit a specific program description, we realize that our Partners can integrate their work across many different subjects and content areas.  To promote this versatility and range of experiences, our staff will work with you to create a spot on our ECM Partner marketing page. Check out this example from Charleston Stage.

ECM provides arts-integration workshops and professional development seminars throughout the year to support all our ECM Partners. If you have questions about professional development opportunities, the application process or being an ECM Partner, please contact Kari at or 843.277.2016.
