The South Carolina Arts Commission has announced its fiscal year 2017 grant recipients. A total of $3,148,120 is being disbursed to organizations throughout 37 counties.

Charleston County is the biggest winner. Its arts groups, 45 of them, collectively secured $546,547.

Six awards were granted to Dorchester County arts organizations and one public school, Windsor Hill Elementary, amounting to $28,228.  Read the full article HERE.
