Greetings, valiant ECM followers! As we’re sure you’ve noticed by now, our fine friends at the Charleston Regional Alliance for the Arts (CRAA) have been working extra hard to find an ideal time to reschedule the Arts Matter Day giving campaign following an unfortunate but uncontrollable setback during Hurricane Irma. Though things were temporarily postponed from our original September 12th date, it looks now like we’ve got a new official plan on the books: Prepare for Arts Matter Day on Tuesday, October 10th!!!
With the flood waters finally receded (and we hope things dried up without any serious trouble to you and yours), we’re more than happy to get back to addressing the needs of another outstanding school year in the Lowcountry. As we to continue to plan our evolution through another year of exciting ECM programming, Arts Matter Day remains an incomparable opportunity to not only support ECM’s positive development (which naturally goes to directly benefit the local education community), but to make your donations go even further than usual thanks to CRAA’s generous Arts Matter Day incentive funds. Every little bit counts and is always more than reason for us to offer a big thanks, but by donating to team efforts like Arts Matter Day, your support also goes to uphold a stronger, more connected arts community in Charleston. That’s definitely something that, in our experience, always has the potential to benefit our entire in increasingly bigger and better ways!
We’ll be reaching out soon with plenty of information and a few timely reminders about our official new date for Arts Matter Day, Tuesday, October 10th, so be sure to keep an eye out here on the ECM blog and on our Facebook page for regular updates! WOOHOO!
